We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with  your order, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to return it.

Eligibility for Returns: Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. All original packaging and labels must be intact. The piece must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition. It should not have been cut, styled, dyed, or worn.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom hair systems, clearance items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Any item that has been altered or damaged after receipt cannot be returned.
 
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at Hairtopperlondon@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Pack Your Return:  Carefully repack the item  in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ensure that the package is secure to avoid damage during shipping.

Ship the Return: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.  If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.  
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Important Notes:
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the criteria outlined above.
Keep your return shipping proof and tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
